Knickers/pyjamas and duvet= thrush?

Hi all

First time poster so please be easy on me.
My seven year old daughter has problem's with thrush and gets urine infections.
Her mother has her in knickers and pyjamas at bedtime. I don't think she needs all this? I'm afraid she is sweating in areas due to this.
When she stays with me I try to get her to wear only the pyjamas but she won't do this unless I can give her a valid reason. I don't want to be wrong so am looking for some support or not?
Does anyone have any sort of opinion on this?
Many thanks in advance

Grant

Yup. Absolutely. In this weather she should've a thin nighty on.

my dd never wears pants in bed - she has either just pj's or a nighty

or naked when its really hot

If you take her to the doctor, they will tell your to not wear knickers and pyjamas in bed, it's absolutely optimum for thrush. Mention your concerns abut how her mother dresses her to the gp, and ask the gp to have a word, because your daughter is basically being turned into thrush food.

Just pjs or nightie.

However i wear knickers pjs and have a duvet and ive never had thrush or a uti.
