dd is having a tantrum in which she is not even using words but grunting and growling like a trapped bear.

while kicking her door repeatedly, granted it is an improvement from trying to hit and kick me but I honestly do not want to live like this, it is ridiculous.

She wont eat, has had stomach for a while so I have decided to cut gluten out of her diet as we did when she was younger and it greatly improved her behaviour and eating habits. so I got some gluten free pasta, which is yuck and I am not eating that, gave her some tomatoes which are disgusting and she is not eating them, gave her some cheese whcih she ate (as well as the cheese on the pasta), offered her some salad and some salmon. I dont know what to do I am not offereing no end of options as she would only eat sausages and chips or that kind of food but at the same time she cant just not eat. yesterday I gave her omlet which she loves and ate all of and some new potatoes, 3 tiny ones that she could have eaten in 2 secs but she refused. she cant live on carbs and fat but I cant get anything else into her, she barely eats any of her lunch and never eats her frueit.

No wonder she is so tired and angry she must be absolutly starving.

That sounds rubbish for you. How old is she?

she is 8.5, b een going on for a while, and gradually gettng worse, school are looking into getting her some help with her emotions and stuff, not sure what exactly very early stages. She is quiet now, is talking to dh, it just makes me feel sick when she sarts as I know it isnt going to finish for at least an hour and people will get hurt and stuff will get broken. also I really dont know how to get her to eat. we baked some lovely flapjack yesterday and she was so excited but she hasnt had any because she wont eat proper food.
