In the ongoing story of DD and her toiletting issues (never really potty trained, refuses to poo on the loo, constipation, on Senakot for over 2 years seeing a paediatrician but not poo specialist) she had three accidents at school today, 3, she is 6.5. The school is getting a bit funny and I don't know what to do.

Poor dd and poor you.

Ask gp for a referral to CAHMS, child and adult mental health service. They will assess her and hopefully sort out the right treatment for her.

Sounds like it has become stressful for her and deep rooted. Has paediatrician ruled out and medical conditions?

Also there is a good charity called Eric that deals with all faecal and urinary problems in kids. We used them for ds and found them very helpful. Their website is www.eric.org.uk

Hope that is of some help
