I don't know what to do anymore

My 7 year old DD has always cried over the most trivial of things, her behaviour has always been described as "challenging", but the past few months she has started to take it to another level.

Every single day at school i have the teachers telling me she screams at them. Today was the final straw apparently she wanted a biscuit and the dinner ladies wouldn't let her so she screamed so loud the whole caffeteria froze. she got sent to the headmaster, had 15 time outs and was spoken to even more (this is just today, normal days are slightly less although not by much).

It just seems to be getting worse and i don't know what to do anymore, we have tried everything we can think of while working with the school so we are on the same page. She's already lost what friends she had with how she acts. Now they are starting to mention ADHD, i looked up the symptoms and they fit, im just scared. I already have an autistic son im not sure how i can deal with this too.

I don't even know how Mnetters can help i just needed to get it all out i guess, Thank you if you managed to read this far.

If he screams and cries, I suggest you look at a booked "Tears and tantrums" by Aletha Solter. I was helped by this total change of approach when my 5 year old's crying and whining got too much. Maybe you will be helped, too.
