my dd is 22 months happy, good eater, sleeper, and very good talker but sometimes she says ga ga ga like a little baby and wants to lie in my arms and asks me to give her her milk. i did it a few times because i thought it was so cute but has anyone elses kid done this? just wondering if this is 'normal'

It's normal. My nearly 3yo dgs still does this from time to time.

It is fulfilling a need. maybe for a few extra cuddles or maybe to help her understand the difference between her and a baby and how much she has grown and changed.

Whatever it is it will do no harm to go along with it as long as you expect her to behave in an age appropriate manner when it matters.
