Possible sign of teething

I mix feed my 11 week old, but mostly breast feed her. Recently she has been crying a lot after being fed and it takes me a while to calm her down. This is happening all day and big change in behaviour. She doesn't do this with the bottle.

Is prefering the bottle to the breast a sign of teething? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

She is also dribbling like a golden retriever and chews on anything that comes close to her mouth.

Didn't want to read and run!
From nerve jangling experience we found teething pains can start way before a tooth appears - I think DS was about this age then took weeks and weeks longer for it to peep through.
Chewing is a v teethingy thing to do
Maybe a sore bit of gum when you're breast feeding ? It's also harder work for the baby to BF so it might be more achy afterwards than if you feed with a with a bottle? Calpol, teething gel (check it's for little babies - one type is- cant remember off hand which) and also homeopathic powders which I didn't try , but a few friends swore by for their teething babes.
