So DD is nearly 15 months and seems to have had a huge leap vocally in the last day or so and has started yodelling (!), which she's never done before. It's had us in stitches - she has a fairly good selection of words that she's built up steadily over the last few months but this seems like a significant developmental thing. My question is this: Do you think this is a spurt, like the beginnings of speech patterns - obviously it's all gobbledegook at the moment - lodelodelodeleee, dangadangdangadanga - that kind of thing. I know this is what all tots do but as she's my first I'm just really excited to see what comes next!
