and it doesn't look right to me. I expected to see a simple white line, but it actually looks quite wide and appears to have a cavity in the centre!!! He has had no sugar etc that could have caused it, so I'm trying to convince myself it's a piece of gum that hasn't moved away yet iyswim but it's hard if I run my nail over it. I know there's nothing I can do but am really quite conerned, does anyone else have a similar experience to put my mind at rest for a couple of months, please??

I doubt it is anything untoward - dd has just got her first one as well ( 9 months) and it is coming up at an angle so looks like a tiny white triangle!
I wouldn't worry.

Triangle, as if it has quite a surface area? DS is 6m btw.

more of a side triangle so it looks like a tiny pyramid face.

Is it all white? Mine seems light brown in the centre. I can hardly believe it@s even a possibility, we've been so careful.

it is all white ....I suppose a bit of discolouration may be what has happened with your ds....if you really are worried I would see the health visitor but it is probably fine.

She's hopeless and will just say don't worry. Have dentist appt on Tues for me and to register him anyway so will just have to wait. Thanks for your help.
