Is there a book you would recommend to explain growing up and periods?

DD is 9.5 and I would like to start talking to her about this kind of thing. There are quite a few books on Amazon with mixed reviews. Just wondering which one to get!

As you said there are loads on Amazon.

I bought my son [who 10] about three before I settled on which one I was going to give him.

Her is the girls version. Obviously I bought the boys version and its very good, not too graphic and very well written.

The boys version does mention about the girls stuff but only briefly.

Hope this helps.
