OVER-LOVING FRIEND KEEPS TERRORISING MY DD - WHAT TO DOOOOOO!!?

I have a friend who is very lovely, we get on really well. Her DS is a month younger than my DD1 (2yrs) and they are both quite active, slightly crazy little toddlers. Recently, her DS has been constantly (and I mean every single second they are together) jumping on top of my DD1 and "hugging" her, then starts pulling her hair etc - Both my friend and I are at loss as to what to do - everytime he does it, my friend disciplines him (sits him in his pram outside for "timeout"), but it makes no difference. I am getting to the point where I don't think I can go round and see them anymore, which would be a real shame. Any ideas / thoughts???

Include other kids on the playdate to take the pressure off your DD to be his only friend. Otherwise just ride it out - it's just a phase and will definitely pass.

Good idea dejags - other children might help - I just feel so sorry for poor DD1, he is terrorising her and it hurts me to watch him!!
