Girls crushes... when do they start?

My 9.5 DD likes a lovely boy in her class, I'm sure he is completely unaware... Is this the normal age? I can't remember myself at that age, too long ago!

Bless.. I seem to remember being about 8 or 9 when I gave my favourite pencil to a redheaded lad in my form So yes, I'd say that's about right!

My daughter is 8amd has a major crush on obi wan kenobi! She literally stares at the movie with her mouth open or stares at the poster she has of him. Shes even insisted on starwars tshirts with him on and sleeps in them. I feel sorry for the first guy who dumps her,can see a bunny boiler in the making! Ouch! :-P

I had my first crush at 9!! Liked the boy for ages he was also like my best friend.. We were "boyfriend and girlfriend" for a week when I was about 13... He's like a brother to me now haha!... Perfectly normal I think, bless your DD
