Can anyone recommend a good book for a fussy eating 5 year old child please!

My almost 5 year old is a very fussy eater. He is tiny for his age (although both parents are not tall). He is obsessed with sweets and he is allowed 3 small sweeties per day. However, he will hardly eat anything else and we have to coerce him to eat dinner every night. He has a very small appetite regardless, will eat a breakfast (cereal with full fat milk) and then for his packed lunch I make egg mayo salad (which he will eat), a yoghurt and one of those yo you fruit snacks. Sometimes he won't even eat his lunch and just says he wasn't hungry. He is always full of energy even if he has not eaten anything.

I think it started when he was a baby and I fed him a lot of baby food jars which are pretty bland and tasteless. He also has allergies to sesame and chickpeas so some foods are off limits. He just refuses to eat so many foods and even the foods he will eat, he will have very small portions and says he is full. The only thing he would eat all day if he could is sweets which obviously I do not do. I just wish I could get his appetite up and get him trying and enjoying different foods. Are there any good books for this kind of fussy eating?
