Not coping with 4year olds behaviour

I need some advice from other parents please!!

My 4 year old's behaviour is getting worse, she's always helping herself to things out of the cupboard, fridge and freezer. We have tried the locks and she figured them out in a day. Its mainly the food cupboards but I'm afraid that one day it will be the household cupboard. The amount of food she eats what we give her is unbelievable, she honestly is a bottomless pit. She can eat all her meal and a dessert and then complain 30mins later that she still hungry and for a 4 year old she is having double the size portions she should have. Also her nursery cant believe how much she can eat and stay skinny. I even ended up taking her to the doctors as I got it into my head that she must have worms!!!

So far we have tried the naughty step, taking away her favourite toys, making her stay in her bedroom and nothing has worked.

Is the behaviour you don't like all related to the eating? Is she eating the right kind of foods to keep her full? Keep a food diary for a fortnight and take her to the doctor?

Maybe she is just hungry? If it bothers you keep only healthy stuff in the cupboards and then tell her she has to ask if she wants something
