our six week old, has just had a poo which was consistancy of watery gravy... what do we do?

very screamy earlier but has calmed down now. was near impossible to wake up yesterday for 2-3 mins really scared me. been to to drs today and called them last night and they reckon he was just in deep sleep. it was VERY unusual for our baby.
