bizzare vinegar hands

any ideas? my 6 week old baby's hands and feet have started to smell of vinegar, really strong. Had to give him two baths in one day to get rid of smell. anyone else getting this???

Maybe mention it to the doc or HV? I'm sure it's nothing, but worth checking out.

Yes! Check in between the fingers especially the thumb, drove me nuts! Eventually worked out it was dried slobber on DS's hand mixed with a bit of posseting vom
