When did your dc stop throwing toys around?

My 16.5 month DS throws his toys around all the time - loves playing ball but cant distinguish between chucking me a rubber ball and hurling me a wooden (big) car.

He throws his toys all the time. Has done for ages. Is it a) normal that he should still be doing this after months of it? B) a phase - and when does it end?

My DD is 15.5mo and throws her toys all the time too, she also loves playing ball.

My 16mo dd does it all the time too ! throw's everything and anything she can get her hands on.. specially when she get's frustrated with them.. I've started taking the things off her as soon as she does it but she'll grab other things.
We think she's just discovering her 'strength' her 'abilities' all par for the course and perfectly normal - well I'm assuming anyway!

Mostly by 2-3yo, if they did it at all, but more like 7yo for DC3. Still not sure he's really over it.

My 16 month old does this too, doesn't matter how many times we tell her no she still does it, have tried ignoring it and that didn't help either so hoping it's a phase she will grow out of.
