Lump after immunisation

Hi my 16 week old had her last immunisation injections yesterday and she has developed a hard red lump at one of the injection sites. I know that this is normal but it's the size that's bothering me - it's as big as my index finger. It doesn't seem to be bothering her and she's fine in herself - should I be worried? Thanks for any advice.

Do you mean as big as the end of your index finger? If so, yes, normal. Just keep an eye to make sure it doesn't get bigger or angry.

No, as big as my whole finger
