Um - and your point is? This is everyday life - for me at least. The 4-year-old is a particular PITA at the moment, never wants to go anywhere, acts up - especially if he has a friend or an audience to play to. I think maybe it helps if you only take out one fewer than the number of children you usually have. Not sure what you're supposed to do with the other one.....I did threaten to leave one of mine behind this morning...

sounds like my two. They've been oscillating wildly between sweet and lovely and getting me to screaming point. First day of the holidays (which we've all been looking forward to) and already I can't wait for DS1 to go back to school!
