Help 10 month old driving me round the bend!

Hi, I have posted in here before regarding my 10 month old as I am concerned about his physical development. Since posting I have a referral to a consultant next month however both the GP and health visitor think he is fine and just taking longer to get there but he will in the end! His sitting is improving and he his making moves to attempt to crawl now yay!

He is my second DS unfortunately when I was pregnant I found out my husband was having an affair and had a very stressful pregnancy .
We are now seperated but since moving I don't know if it's just coincidental but his behaviour is just awful !
He screams and barks like a little dog all day , if he doesn't get what he wants immediately he screams and launches himself in to bite or scratch whoever is nearest ( or the high chair table as was this morning !)
He shakes with frustration and rage when he is doing this . Yesterday he really hurt my DS1 by taking a chunk out of his neck in temper !!
He is a totally different kettle of fish to DS1 who was really placid and laid back and I'm not sure how to handle this . Do I just ignore and praise him when he is being good or do I do something about the constant noise and going for people , anyone will do btw he went to scratch and nip my poor friend at the weekend too !
I am always mindful of the stress I must have put the poor little chunk under when I was pregnant with him and do tend to blame myself for this.

I don't mean to paint a blacker than black picture of him, he can be lovely most of the time it's just the constant squealing screaming that's shattering my nerves and this launching himself at people I dont know how to handle ?
Have I hit the terrible 2's at 10 months lol!

with the biting could it be teething, my dd will bite anyone and anything when her teeth are playing up?

my dd is the same (12 months) i think its a case of he knows what he wants to do but can't manage it yet so he is getting frustated. with dd i just tried to distract her but it doesn't always work so i start counting down til bedtime Blush

also i don't think there is any link with a stressful pregnancy and a difficult child

good news is that i've heard so it must be true that the harder they are young, they are easy teenagers Grin

have a Brew i am!
