2 year old suddenly crying a lot

Hi there,

I was after some advice from someone who has been through a similar situation.

My usually robust and boisterous 2 yo has suddenly started crying at every little knock and bump. Also cries for being too cold or too wet or nearly anything. Could there be something physically wrong with him or is it just a stage he is going through? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Has his sleep pattern changed? Could he be tired? Overtired?

Nothing has really changed routine wise or sleeping/eating wise. It's just strange. Do you think I should take him to the doctor or am I being "over-anxious mother"? I seem to spend a lot of time there...

He does seem tired though... Growth spurt?
