Yesterday and today my baby has been sleeping a lot more than is usual during the day. Yesterday she slept on and off from about 9 - 3 and today so far she has also been asleep more than usual.

She isn't wanting more milk than normal - in fact overnight she had a little bit less but not by much.

I looked on google and some sites suggest a growth spurt but could that be possible even if she isn't wanting more food?

When awake she seems her usual happy smiling self and doesn't have a temperature.

Any thought?

My dd had a day where she just slept and slept at about the same age and that was really out of character for her. Her wee smelt a bit 'weird' and she just slept and slept but other than that seemed OK. I took her to the GP in the end and it turned out she had a urine infection. Does her wee smell normal Zambaloo? It may be worth getting her checked out just incase there is a low level infection causing her sleepiness. Otherwise it could just be a 'new' phase of sleeping behaviour for her and she could be working on growing! Hope she's OK.
