Hi to all mums who come here to keep our sanity!!Just like to say a special thankyou to jimjams if you are reading for replying to my message a couple of weeks ago. You steered me in the right direction regarding my dd's lack of speech, by suggesting possible verbal dyspraxia. I honestly had never even heard of this and certainly no SALT or HV or GP has even bothered to enlighten me that it exists. After reading many of your various threads to others, I have been visiting websites and now I am more than convinced that this is what my dd is suffering with. Obviously I now need to try and get a diagnosis from my SALT but you just "know" your own kid don't you? May I say, you seem to be doing a wonderful job with your kids, you are an inspiration to others.
