How often should a three year old wee?

Realise that I've only started to notice this since potty training started last week! Ds doesn't seem to go that often. Today he didn't go for four hours. I think he might need to drink more, although the wee isn't that yellow and when he goes there's a fair amount although hardly a full potty. What's normal?

If you're my ds or dd2 (or dh) - about every 3/4 hours, if you're my dd1 (or me) about every hour......don't stress, just offer lots of water and then ignore.

Meant every 3-4 hours not every 3/4!!!

Thats reassuring. I am now grateful he goes infrequently given his success rate at getting them in the right place Wink

DD (3.3) varies a fair amount. She can go for hours or sometimes is more like her mother (although doesn't drink as much tea and coffee Grin). Good to keep the fluids up though, supposed to help them with it and is healthier for them I think.
