how many teeth?

how many teeth does your 13 month old have,my grandson seems to have a mouthfull,he has no pain at all with any,and each time you look there seems to be another,i dont remember any of mine having so many at such a young age.:)

DS1 had about 8 at 13 months, DS2 is 10mo and has six.

Just checked his log book and DS had 13 teeth at that age and got the rest in the following 5 months

Ds3 has 11 at 11 months. Other 2 had full set by 13 or 14 months.... Never much bother with teething here...

DD2 will be 13m in a couple of weeks. She has 2 teeth! 1st one came through at around 8m and the one next to it around 6w later. No sign of any more yet though and thankfully no real teething pain evident.

Ds is 14.5 mo and has had 12 teeth since 12 mo. he really suffered getting his as all came within about 16 weeks, so pretty constant! The molars were tough.
He is cutting his top 2 canines at the moment
I know another baby of 15mo who only has 2 teeth.

like everything else,every baby is different,its funny how some have no hair,and then others are born with a full head,mine were all very blonde so looked bald,i always wanted a baby with dark hair and a full head :)

my 13mo has 12 which everyone seems to think is a lot. She got the 1st two at 6 months, then no more til 10mo - she's been teething constantly since then. Only the molars have seemed to bother her!

Our DS3 turns 13 months this week, and has one bottom tooth, and another coming beside it. But the really strange thing is that this bottom tooth first appeared at about 6 months (though it didn't break the gum), and then disappeared, only to re-emerge at about 11 months. And he had another tooth coming through on the outside of the original one that has now also disappeared. GP, HV, paed consultant (who we're seeing about other stuff) and dentist all flummoxed! Anyway, I'm sure they'll all just arrive eventually!
