Does Cranial Osteopathy work on fractious babies??? What's the difference between Osteopath and Chiropractor?

Hi sorry for long title. Just after any stores of people using Cranial Osteopathy on babies who cry A LOT and struggle to feed etc. Been recommended to try it but not sure if it's worth it and what's treatment to go for. Thank you.

I just had a look at jellycat's link and it seems much more sensible.

I suppose you can make "cranial osteopathy" seem sensible or fanciful depending on what definition you use.

JLH69 would love details of cranial osteopath in Mortlake, I was about to post a similar thread - I'm at the ender of my tether with sleepless nights and this feels like I'm clutching at straws, but really, I'd try anything now.
