Hi there,

Has anyone ever experienced their lo top teeth coming through before their bottom ones?

I've had to keep DS out of nursery today due to three messy nappies yesterday and so I popped down to the doc's with him who said he was fine just teething and his top teeth are 99.9% through despite there being no sign of his bottom teeth.... I've never heard of this before and was wondering if it was anything that anyone on here had experienced!

Thanks
Kirstie (mum to a chipmunk?

hi i just HAD to post on your thread as my dd2 is a Kirstie!

co-incidentally, she got her top 2 teeth about 2 mths before her bottom. she now has 4 on the top and just 2 on the bottom. ive taken her to the dentist a couple of times and they didnt seem to think it was a problem

my ds had his 2 top teeth first!

dyzzidi · 25/01/2006 21:38

My nephew was born with two of his to teeth

I think it is quite normal to get the top ones first

dd had her first tooth today and its her top I tooth which i thought was weird as i thought it was bottom front that came first

DD also got her top teeth first, aged 13 months. The two middle bottoms ones were one of the last teeth to come.
