4 month old not grabbing anything

Hello there. DD2 is 4 months today and doesn't grab toys or reach for them at all. She's very alert, smiley, nearly rolling over and generally happy little thing but seems quite late from what i dimly remember of DD1..! She seems far more interested in people than toys... Is that normal? Is there a point at which I should worry..?

Don't worry I think with your second there is so much going on they like to watch a bit more. Dd2 is 6 months and in the past few weeks is really getting good at grabbing.

It's quite normal for them not to be grabbing yet, they get this ability somewhere between 4 and 6 months usually.

Many thanks - all sounds good. I guess me and DH and her big sister are just too darn fascinating to make it worthwhile...
