Anyone got a Ds with long hair?.Have you had any obstacles to get over concerning his hair?
Ds has been told he has got to tie his hair back for gymnastics(not quite shoulder length),he is mortified "everyone will laugh at me".
Shame if it puts him off as he is v.good at it & has wanted to do it for a long time.

some mums are too interested in their sons looking handsome, being popular and attracting girls

pointydog · 22/06/2007 22:03

muminbrum, have you had relations with fops?

MamaMaiasaura · 22/06/2007 22:06

Brightstar - my ds has longish hair - not quite shoulder length (posted a thread recently about it). He has been infested about 18 months ago but none since and check him most days after school.

Is ds's choice too to have longer hair and tbh. I am pleased he doesnt want the 'shaved/close crop' hair cut ands has said to me 'chavies have really short hair mummy'. Bless him, so young yet so wise. there you go UQD from the mouth of babes!

filthymindedvixen · 22/06/2007 22:27

pointydog · 22/06/2007 22:32

lloyd cole always had something a little creepy about him though didn't he

filthymindedvixen · 22/06/2007 22:35

well not creepy exactly...more over-brooding adolescent maybe....

MuminBrum · 23/06/2007 08:43

Pointy, I will confess that I have in my time dallied with fops; why do you ask?

hellish · 23/06/2007 13:24

oliveoil
I bow down to you - i loved him from afar.

pointydog · 23/06/2007 14:12

I was being nosey, brum. I would have put it down to fops desire for a uniform so they can spot each other at a hundred paces rather than meanness. But I have not had relations with a fop so you know 'em better

southeastastra · 23/06/2007 14:20

woohoo my dp has taken my ds13 to get his haircut today! atm it's past his shoulders

Enaid · 11/09/2007 09:46

My 4 year old has long blond hair and has just started school. I have not tied it back yet I was asked to today for PE but really don't want to any other time. Any one else been asked to in normal class time and what did you do?
