Hello. I'd really appreciate some advice. My DD is 19 weeks. She started life as a good sleeper, then ditched naps, then started them again but ditched night sleep and now she just some sleep ever. Not in her cot, not in our bed, with or without us, not in the pram, not in the sling. She's very active for her age and rolls around all day but that only seems to make her even less likely to sleep. She does seek tired often and falls asleep breastfeeding but for no more than 20 mins. I try to give her a nap every couple of hours and she has a bedtime routine since about 6 weeks.

In the last week she's slept 30 mins max during the day and keeps waking up every hour or two at night.

We are all so so tired. Don't know what to do! And she seems unhappy a lot of the time too because she is clearly tired. Why is.she resisting sleep so much? Could it be she needs to go on solids? Or am I doing it all wrong?

Thanks for reading.

I wish I could help but I am having the same problem with my DS (10 weeks). He was also a good sleeper but now we're down to no more than a couple of hours at a time. Still doing the 3Bs, haven't changed a thing but he's got worse. I am so so exhausted I can't think straight. Any suggestions would be really appreciated...
