DD is just gone 6 months.
Her "routine" is she might wake at 9am for bf, then porridge
11-12 nap
12 bf and veg cubes
2-3 nap
3 bf
6 bf and fruit cubes.
7 goes to bed...lately has to be bf to sleep
then it all goes wrong!!
10.30 very short feed...then could be awake until 1. Eventually I bf her back to sleep.
3.30 longer feed...again could be awake for 2 hours.
7.30am bf and straight back to sleep until 9am.
Any tips for settling her so that she goes back at night without being up for 2 hours?
Is she having enough naps during the day?
Obviously I don't know how much milk she's getting, but a bit concerned that since she started solids (3 weeks ago) that her time on the breast isn't as long as before. Do you give solids straight after bf or wait for a while?
