Quick question. When kids teeth fall out is it normal to have a kind of blister in the gap?

DS1 appears to have swallowed his front tooth during lunch.
Kind of blister on gum now.

Normal or some terrible gum disease resulting in rotten adult teeth.

PFB, moi?
