my dc really like yoghurt. (we are talking pure yoghurt with a little jam or fruit compote).

so much so that they would like to have it at every mealtime. if I would let them they would live off it.
atm I limit it to two portions a day otherwise they will not eat "real" food. but sometimes it is a battle. yoghurt on top of muesli will not do.

how much yoghurt is ok to give them?

Why is this a problem? My DD (24 months) eats yoghurt practically at every meal - it's great for calcium. The only thing I like to watch is that it has to be full fat and low sugar (but no sweeteners).
