My 7 month old daughter wakes in the night and wants to play! She babbles loudly, kicks her legs and generally keeps me awake. I try to ignore her and don't switch the light on, but feel so mean when she is wide awake and in such a fabulous mood! This has been going on for a couple of months now, not every night, but at least once a week. Any tips on how to break this cycle?
She is a breastfed baby. I have begun to wean her, but we're doing baby-led and it is very slow. She doesn't eat very much at all yet. We co-sleep on and off. She has a cot in my room, but often ends up in bed with me by morning! I am really struggling to get her into any sort of routine. Help!
