4 week old constantly sleeping?

I know that tomorrow I will roll my eyes at myself for worrying and not enjoying this, but still...

DS is 4 weeks today. He slept a fair bit yesterday, but today is just silly! Got him to sleep around 11pm last night. He fed at 3, 6 and 8 - since then he has woken (or I have stirred him enough) to feed every couple of hours - though theyve only been short feeds. Aside from 2 kickabout sessions with no nappy (maybe 20 mins each) all he has done today is sleep!

He's a good weight 95th centile). He's recovering from a slight cold too. No temperature or coughs today.

Should I be concerned? Is it likely to be developmental? I seem to recall DS1 doing something similar around this age, but I'm not certain.

Is it just today or last few days? Is he feeding ok when do wake and not dehydrated (fontanelle ok, lots of wet nappies). If seems ok prob just cold/development but would keep an eye on him.

He slept a fair bit yesterday too, but not like this. Plenty of wet nappies and everything else seems perfect. We had a gp appt yesterday for the cold and got the all clear.

Bet he won't sleep tonight at this rate!
