I am having to give my 14 month old a 6oz beaker of milk at 5am sometimes earlier to get her to sleep later.... Should I try leaving her? Any tips?

we are doing this with DD (7m). Her older brother slept 7-7 from about 3 months but she has not followed suit. Most nights she gets through until 4-5ish unless wakened by poo, teeth or whatever but if its at that time we give her milk and she'll go back for anything up to another 3 hrs. We keep saying we'll go cold turkey on it and try and push her for another hour or so but its hard when they're bellowing and going to wake up DS and you have to get up at 6 for work! Try giving less, and then replace with water. Is there anything like the boiler clicking on that might be waking her?
