Any tips to stop a hair pulling, headbutting 18 month old?

DD2 is a little bruiser.

She loves pulling people's hair - she's always grabbing mine and her sisters and the more you tell her no the more she cackles and thinks it's funny.

She's also quite keen on headbutting people.

She is so strong and has such a grip. She'll grab the dog by the collar and drag the poor dog around (obviously I separate them as soon as this happens but it's just incredible how strong her grip on the collar is).

Is theere anything I can do, or will she grow out of it?

She'll grow out of it. My guess is that she'll pull the hair of a feisty toddler and they'll soon let her know they're not happy! In the meantime keep telling her "no" in a very stern voice and removing her from the situation, ie put her on the floor if she pulls your hair when she's in your arms. She'll probably get upset but in the long run you're doing her a favour as one day she'll get a good bite/slap/push from a toddler who isn't so understanding about having their hair pulled!
