Ds1 is 3.9 and has always been a wonderful sleeper. He had never even got out of bed alone (he isn't the bravest soul!) However, he has now discovered the joy of getting out of bed and coming into our room to ask to be tucked in (usually, or something else) upwards of 5 times a night.
I co sleep with ds2, 6 mths who is an atrocious sleeper. He doesn't disturb ds1 but I simply cannot cope with two alternating their wakings!
He is really sensitive and very easily scared. He gets hysterical if we refuse to tuck him back in as he had always been very particular about having his blanket right round him. How can we break this behaviour without too many tears? It breaks my heart, though DH would be tougher.
