i've done a search on this but all the threads i found related to breast and bottle fed babies and my DS is 18 months so on solids. He's done a bright green very hard poo tonight, very smelly (sorry if TMF) and over the last week ago he's done a few poos with a green tinge. He's been off his food the last couple of days and yesterday didn't really eat anything all day. My mums had him today and he's eaten some pasta, now tonight when DP was putting him to bed he has just vomited everywhere.

Other than this he seems fine in myself, he's still been running round like a lunatic and is now upstairs chatting to daddy.

Anything to worry about?

Green poo isn't anything to worry about in itself, it just means that food has travelled through the digestive system too fast for the body to extract all the nutrients, hence the colour. Freaked me out the first time I saw it, though!

Sounds like he's picked up a tummy bug or eaten something that's disagreed with him, so just treated him as you normally would in those circumstances.

Hope he's feeling better soon.
