First teeth?

I'd never believe that I'd done all this before! I know 6 months is average for first teeth to appear. DS is 10 weeks but it looks like he has a translucent area bottom front of his gums. Do you think this could be teeth or just way too early?
He has has loose poos and been grumpy but had just put that down to being on antibiotics and also immunisations.

Could be teeth - they do vary as to when they come through.

My DS seemed to be born teething - he had 8 by the time he was 6 months. And was drooly from the word go. When they are coming, you can see the shape of the teeth through the gums. I was telling people for ages that he was teething, and they looked at me like I was soft, though - the first ones do seem to dither rather so might not be through for another 10 weeks...

My DS is also 10 weeks and exactly the same! Grumpy, drooling and sucking his fist. He also seems to have an upset tummy. Someone told me to get Ashton and Parsons powder. It's natural apparently but can't seem to get hold of any in our local chemists so will try Boots. Can't do any harm can it? I can't seem to see anything in his gums but he isn't a happy bunny at the moment Sad

My DD was the same at 10 weeks but still has no teeth :( She's now 6.5 months and SURELY she must get one soon?! Poor thing has dribbled and chewed her way through almost her entire time on the planet....
