There isn't an awful lot you can do.
Many babies go through this stage because they learn to roll one way before learning to roll the other. This leaves them able to roll over, but not back again.
The good news is that it is a short-lived stage. Having learned to roll one way, it won't be long before he learns to roll back.
Give him lots of tummy time on the floor to practice rolling. He will quickly get stronger and learn to roll back.
In the meantime, it is hard to help him. Trying to block him from rolling with cushions etc could be dangerous and he is likely to find it frustrating.
You have been very lucky with his sleep so far and hopefully he will return to being a good sleeper again very soon.
