I've just been to visit the big purple bus that is "Play Talk Read" on tour. Such a shame that they didn't have more visitors today because of their location in a random hidden car park (not their choice apparently). I only heard about the tour bus through a friend but thought it was very good and offered some great ideas for entertaining tiny children (my little one is less than 6 months old). Definitely worth a look if it comes near you. Their website has dates and locations of their next stops. www.playtalkread.org/tour I wish things like these were better advertised. So useful but so hard to find out about. Or am I just looking in all the wrong places? Or maybe I'm just too busy changing nappies and hanging out washing.....
