7.5 yr old wetting the bed occaisionally. Problem?

DS is 7.5 and will wet the bed once every couple of months or so. Has been better than this in the past but fairly consistently for the last year this has been the case.

I'm not particularly worried about it, and he has no underlying anxieties or unhappiness. I am very careful never to tell him off or get cross, but he does really put himself down when it happens, saying he is rubbish and he shouldn't be doing it.

Is it unusual? Should I be worried? Is it a problem?

If its only once every month or two thats fine I think and normal. He'll grow out of it. If it's every night, then see your doctor for help.
