Anyone used one? I need help in the middle of the night to break out of the habit we've got in to of 1.5 to 2 hour hourly feeding.

have you spoken to your hv? how old is your dc? are they feeding or just 'messing around'?

i had problems with dd (was lucky if she slept 6hrs every 24). was told that i could only be refered if we tried sleep training first. i did end up doing cc (i know its not for everyone) but it solved nighttime. my hv said that its very hard to get seen.
