Please can anyone help?
My 20 week old DD had been sleeping through for about a month or more (bless her!!)
But the last week or so she's taken to waking up like clockwork in the early hours at 2, 3.30 and 4.45!
She's not crying just whinging and if I pop her dummy in she goes back to sleep
She doesn't seem hungry or windy or cold and she settles well at night and often sleeps in in the morning but constantly disturbed sleep is really wearing me out!
I know it could be a lot worse as DS was much older when he slept through but it's out of character and I've got used to decent sleep
Again!
Any ideas ????!
Thank you!

Sounds like a slightly late 4 month sleep regression. Unfortunately it's just one of those phases you just have work throughSad My DS was an amazing sleeper very early on then it all went a bit haywire at this point but did come good again Smile got gradually better but took 4-6 weeks
Hang in there Wink

It's normal - big development spurt, often mistaken for being hungry/needing solids. It doesn't last long, maybe a week or two at most. Lots of cuddles and reassurance and LO will be sleeping well again before you know it.
