6 month old shaking her head from side to side when tired, is this normal?

when my baby is very tired she shakes her head from side to side! Does anyone else's baby do this? It's very disconcerting.

Yes my DD did the same at that age - she grew out if it!

My 11 mth old does this at night as we are carrying him to his cot, when he is in his sleeping bag. We call it "shakey shakey" because he does it every night. It makes me laugh!

Yes, my 5-month-old does this too

normal, my 10mth old dd still does this, i think its cute, esp as she will try and bury her head in my breasts as she does it :)
