Over-friendly 6 year old daughter

My daughter is a very happy little girl and loves going up and to chatting to all and sundry about everything. She knows that she is never to disappear with a stranger although doesn't understand why and I don't know how to explain but she really seems to be 'over-friendly' and if someone out there had bad intentions she would perhaps be easy to entice. I don't want to take away her spark or make her frightened like I used to be so I need advice on how to talk to her. All comments welcome!

I also had 2 over friendly daughters, don't worry too much because she has the number one defence - you! she will grow out of it by the time she is old enough to be out and about on her own.
If people have a problem with a little 6 year old talking to them they should get over themselves, we were all little once. The other solution is to bring a distraction along.

Over friendly how? And with whom? Strangers?

If she is physical then that's one thing...chatty is another...can you clarify?
