Always wants to poo!!....sorry!

ds1 is potty trained but has lately become obsessed with trying to poo at every sitting - so he is determined to strain a bit out every time he has a wee. Is this normal?

I reckon its normal that they try to do this but it can't be very good for them How about trying stand up wees to try and break the habit. Put a penny in the loo/potty and ask him to aim at it otherwise it is everywhere!
