Teething at 3??

Is it possible for a nearly 3 year old to be teething even though he has got all 20 of his teeth (as far as I know)?

Ds2 is 2.10 and has been dribbling like you would not believe today and has got those little spots on his bum that babies get when they are teething (he is not potty trained yet so still in nappies).

Very unlikely. 20 teeth is a full set of primary teeth. The next teeth to erupt would be the first adult molar, which usually erupts at 6 years of age. I have seen children of 4, approaching 5 who have them already but 2.10 would be far too young.
