my 13month old boy head bangs!he does it for fun on walls, windows, the floor anything with a hard surface really. he starts off laughing then cries, silly boy! will he grow out of it?

yes. my ds did this too. luckily it was just a phase

have just realised my ds hasnt done this for a while! it was on house of tiny tearaways recently. if he is doing it for attention you have to make sure he doesnt get attention, but also stay in the room to prove you dont care. if you get upset and leave the room that is enough of a reaction to keep him going with it. mine only did it for a week or so after i started doing that

thankx for messages, he thinks hes hilarious until the pain kicks in!at least i know he hasnt got psychological issues then!x
