Afternoon mums :o

First post on here but I am in need of some help.

My little boy Richard Jr (11 months) has started teething again with his bottom incisors and the poor little soul won?t stop crying and I can?t seem to have him drift off at night.

I?ve tried a selection of gels and rings but he is still in discomfort.

The only thing that gets him off to sleep tonight is a little cap or 2 of brandy in his bottle before bed, I don?t want to keep doing this as I?ve been doing it for the last 2 weeks and I don?t want to cause any harm to his little body.

I hope that someone out there can help me.

Thanks in advance

Def need to stop the alcohol. Children's livers process things completely dif to adults and can be easily damaged. Presume you have tried systemic (by mouth) analgesics (paracetamol and ibuprofen...can be used together).....2 weeks is long for incisors...are you sure it's teeth...was in despair with my little one and discovered eventually she had a mumps abscess.

BTW common to start separation anxiety around this age....is it this combined with teeth???
